Dr. Ray James graduated from Queen's University in 1968 and interned at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto. Dr. James received his training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from McGill University and completed his fellowship in 1976.  Dr. James is a long-time member of the premier professional body for Canadian plastic surgeons: The Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons.

A Plastic Surgeon certified with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of
Canada, Dr. James has been providing quality cosmetic plastic surgery care to
Ottawa residents for 33 years.
